Description
What do you absolutely want to keep? What do you need from each other? What behavior helps you move forward? And what do you want to be able to ask each other when things get a bit tougher? The answer is not determined by the team leader or an external facilitator. You build it together.
From many ideas to one shared compass. We don't start with a blank page and the question: “What are our team values?”. Through various short assignments, conversations, and moments in small groups, you gather what is truly important to you in the collaboration. Then comes the challenge: choosing.
Because a charter with twenty beautiful words helps no one. Which principles do you find so important that they should be recognizable in your daily behavior? What do you mean by that concretely? And what can colleagues then expect from each other? Step by step, you bring together different perspectives into a limited number of clear agreements.
The result? Your own team charter. Not imposed, but created together.
What makes this workshop different?
From words to behavior. Not a collection of beautiful values, but making concrete what they mean on an ordinary workday.
The connection is created by the interplay of group exercises, the resource place, the mindful check-in, and the opening this creates to safely open up to each other.
Every voice counts. First individually and in smaller groups, then together as a full team.
Choosing is part of it. Not everything can be equally important. You determine together what really matters.
The environment provides space. Conversations at the table are alternated with moments in the garden, under the willows, and during a walk between the fields.
You create something that lasts. At the end, there is a solid foundation on which you can rely even after the workshop, ready to take to your workplace.
Professionally guided. The facilitators are experts and safeguard the process, help to clarify and pierce through the surface. What they don't do: determine what should be in your charter. That is yours.
Pre- & post-traject. We work with a check-in beforehand and a fun reminder afterwards, creating motivation and engagement, increasing the chances of sustainable results.
For which teams?
For existing teams that not only want to have a good time together but also want to consciously reflect on: How do we actually want to collaborate?
What do you take home?
Not a charter that disappears somewhere at the bottom of a digital folder after two weeks. But a simple and recognizable compass that gives team energy. An answer to things like:
This is what we find important.
This is what we can expect from each other.
This is what we want to remind each other of.
This is how we want to collaborate.
