Description
No questionnaire behind a screen and no long exposition about team models. We literally bring five key ingredients of strong teams to life.
You move, choose positions, perform short tasks, and are challenged to show how you taste collaboration. Sometimes you stand surprisingly close together. And sometimes it turns out that the same question is viewed very differently within one team. That's where it gets interesting. Not to determine who is right, but to discover together: where are we already strong and where is there still room?
During the team building, you will explore five ingredients in a playful and experiential way:
Trust: Do we dare to be ourselves and can we rely on each other?
Differences: Can different opinions be put on the table without losing each other?
Commitment: Do we stand behind the choices we make together?
Responsibility: Do we dare to address each other and take responsibility ourselves?
Result: Do we succeed in prioritizing the common interest?
But don't expect five theoretical chapters. Your team is the research material itself. Your unique mix. Your success recipe that we will taste at the end.
What makes this team building different?
No team scan. You don't just answer with words, but literally with your position.
Seeing is sometimes stronger than measuring. Differences and similarities within the team become visible.
Playful and meaningful. The tasks create movement and interaction without becoming a heavy team training.
Everyone counts. The concept is deliberately designed for teams of up to 20 people.
The environment is part of the experience. We use the indoor space, garden, and green surroundings to move, exchange, and distance ourselves from the daily work context.
Professionally guided. No judgment about your scores, but questions that help to see what is already strong and what deserves attention. The facilitators are experts and help to look differently and lightly pierce the surface.
Pre- & post-trajectory. We work with a check-in beforehand and a fun reminder afterward, creating motivation and engagement that increase the chance of sustainable results.
For whom?
For teams that want to have a fun and active time together, but are also curious about how strong they actually are as a team and how this tastes (to more). You don't need to bring a team problem. Maybe you mainly confirm what is already good. Maybe you discover something surprising. And maybe one ingredient turns out to deserve just a bit more attention than you initially thought.
At the end, you won't know a magical formula that suddenly makes every team function perfectly. But you will have experienced together where your team is already strong today, where you find each other, and where differences become visible. And maybe that's the most important ingredient of strong teams: occasionally standing still together to see how you're actually doing.
Five ingredients. One team. What is your success recipe?
