Laughter works immediately. It reduces stress, boosts creativity, improves concentration, and brings colleagues closer together.
What can you expect? An active session with a gentle warm-up, playful and humorous laughter exercises, breathing techniques, and a laughter meditation. Laughter is contagious, and before you know it, everyone is laughing along. Even participants for whom laughter yoga feels a bit awkward end up with the "giggles".

Cheaper from 30 participants: € 18,33 (VAT excl.)
Based on these four properties, you will quickly find out what you can expect from the activity. This way you can tailor your teambuilding even better to the needs of your team.
Comfortable clothing in which you can move easily. Possibly in layers, as laughter makes you warm. No specific sportswear required.
- It is recommended to have water available for participants during the workshop.
- The laughter meditation as a closing exercise is extra intense if it can be done lying down. Provide a yoga mat, beach towel, or blanket for each participant. If this is not possible, a standing variant of the exercises is also possible.
