Description
You can choose between various yoga styles:
- “Active Office Yoga”
This is an active movement session where we teach key yoga-inspired poses to counteract the effects of sitting a lot. We will make use of what is available in an office. You will be amazed at what is possible with an office chair.
- “Restoratieve Yoga”
This session involves various postures and gentle movements that induce relaxation. The intention is to calm your nervous system. A blissfully relaxing session that teaches you techniques you can continue to apply yourself afterwards. This session focuses mainly on relaxation and is taught on a yoga mat.
- “Slow Flow Yoga”
This session takes you out of your head and into your body. The sequence of different yoga poses makes your body stronger and more supple. A wonderful flow that gives you an energy boost and whose effects you will feel for the rest of the day (or even longer). This session is taught on a (yoga) mat and focuses mainly on using your (perhaps still unknown) muscles.
- “Yin Yoga”
In a session of yin yoga, you explore relaxation, both mentally and physically. You stay in each pose for a few minutes, allowing not only your muscles to relax, but also your deeper connective tissues. You do most poses sitting or lying down. Breathing exercises are also included. This session is taught on a (yoga) mat and is mainly aimed at relaxation and inner peace.
