Description
We challenge you to arrange the team in a different way each time. For example, according to seniority. According to the formal structure. Or from completely different perspectives that reveal how your team has grown and functions today. And then it gets interesting.
Because the same people stand before you each time, yet a different picture emerges. What stands out? What surprises? What do you recognize? And what have you never actually looked at this way before?
Between the setups, we head outside. The garden, fields, and walking paths literally provide space to step back, exchange experiences, and meet each other in a different way. We end together under the three weeping willows, where we briefly reflect on what you want to take with you as a team.
No heavy team training and no long theoretical models. Instead, move, discover, laugh, exchange, and occasionally think: “Hey, I’ve never looked at our team like this before.”
What makes this team building different?
Your team becomes literally visible. No analysis by an outsider: you form the image yourselves.
Pre- & post-process. We work with a check-in beforehand and a fun reminder afterward, creating motivation and engagement that increase the chance of sustainable results.
The connection is created by the interplay of group exercises, the recharging spot, the mindful check-in, and the opening this creates to safely open up to each other.
Everyone participates. Designed for small teams of up to 20 people.
Light and meaningful. Fun and curiosity are paramount, with room for insights that arise spontaneously.
The environment participates. Indoor space, garden, fields, walking paths, and the special weeping willows become part of the experience.
Professionally guided. The facilitators are experts and help to look differently and lightly pierce through the surface without making the team building a heavy team session.
For whom?
For teams that want something different than a classic team building and are curious about themselves and their potential. You don't need to solve a problem or bring a difficult team issue. A dose of healthy openness to the people you work with every day is enough.
What do you take home?
No thick report or list of action points. Instead, a different picture of your team, new conversations, and probably a few things you didn't know were there before. Creating the openness to work together more effectively and with more connection, engagement, and positivity afterward.
Sometimes you just have to stand differently to see something different.
